We have just discovered through washing our own Rainbow Tribe t-shirts that the printing has run on a couple of our shirts. This did not happen in our extensive testing phase and it worries us. We suspect we got a dodgy batch of transfer paper, seeing as though we didn't have any problems with our first batch.
The problem will only occur if you put the shirts in your regular wash. We apologise if this has happened to you and we are offering a full refund or replacement on return of the affected shirts. We hope you will bear with us while we get this problem sorted out.
Solution:
In the mean time, please hand wash t-shirts in cold water. If the print is going to run, it will only happen in the first couple of washes. After that, all excess dye will have been removed and you can wash normally.
This will not necessarily happen with all t-shirts and none of our other products are affected.
UPDATE 12/12/07 - We think we have rectified the problems we were experiencing previously and all recent orders will have undergone our new printing technique. But please, if you do experience any problems with our products or are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please let us know.
Thank you
Marijke

We received a comment about a couple of our products that were affected by the trobles we were having above, but the person had their mobile number in the comment. I hope they won't mind that I didn't publish the comment but I figured they wouldn't want their phone number listed on a public forum either.
We have contacted Kathy and have offered to replace the products affected. We will do the same for anyone else too - please email us at dykes.with.tykes@hotmail.com
Cheers
Marijke
